Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Veilty handles information on the public website, the account wait list, and the signed-in service. Veilty is operated by Veilty, LLC.
Early access request form
The early access request form is email-only. It sends Veilty the email address you enter, a wait-list identifier, the current page URL for referral credit, and basic request details.
Referral status
Veilty manages wait-list position, referral links, referral counts, and verification. The status form sends the email address you enter and the wait-list identifier to Veilty so it can email your private status link.
Wait-list emails
Loops sends emails for verification, wait-list status, referral activity, and account availability. Use unsubscribe links where provided or contact us to request removal from the wait list.
Newsletter form
If you subscribe through the footer, your email address and the Veilty newsletter group are sent directly to Loops so it can manage the subscription and send updates. The form stores the time of your latest submission in your browser and uses it to limit repeated submissions for one minute; it does not store your email address in that browser entry.
Tracking on this page
The public landing page does not use advertising integrations. Wait-list signups and status checks are sent from your browser directly to Veilty.
Account and Space details
Veilty handles the account and sign-in details needed to provide the service. It also keeps account invitations, the Spaces you can access, your roles in each Space, device names, profiles, site lists, and rules you create or use.
Site requests and private activity history
Veilty must handle a live domain request to allow it, block it, or send a chosen site through Veilty. Saved activity records and summaries are end-to-end encrypted, so only members with access to the relevant Space can open them. Account membership alone does not grant access to every Space or its retained history.
Saved activity can include the domain, time, device or profile, action, and matching rule. It does not show every page, message, search, image, or video inside a site or app.
Transparent proxying
When you choose to redirect a site, Veilty handles the connection for that chosen site, and the site sees a Veilty connection address instead of your real IP. Other sites and apps keep their normal route. The chosen site may still recognize you through your account, cookies, payment details, location permission, or device information.
How long information is kept
Veilty's current standard retention is up to 24 hours for detailed saved activity and up to 30 days for private summaries. Detailed activity may be removed sooner when storage limits are reached. Account, Space, wait-list, and security records are kept while needed to provide Veilty, prevent abuse, meet legal obligations, or resolve a request.
Access, correction, and deletion
You can ask to access, correct, or delete personal information connected to you. Veilty may need to verify your identity before completing a request, and may keep limited records when required for security, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.
