Wait List Terms
These terms cover the Veilty account wait list, reserved access groups, and referrals. Veilty is operated by Veilty, LLC.
Wait list purpose
Wait-list signups help Veilty open new accounts in manageable groups. Your verified place, referrals, and the type of account requested help determine invitation order.
100 Founders
The first 100 verified early access requests qualify for Founder access, subject to availability and abuse review. Founder access does not require a referral count and includes all personal features, including transparent proxying. Enterprise and team features are separate.
1,000 Families
After Founder access is full, the next 1,000 verified early access requests qualify for Family plan launch priority, subject to availability and rollout timing. Family access includes all family features, including transparent proxying. Enterprise and team features are separate.
Referral credit
Referral credit is managed by Veilty. Each verified referral moves the referring request 3 spots ahead in the wait list. Referrals count only after the referred person verifies their email when email verification is enabled. Duplicate, self-referral, temporary, abusive, or spam requests may be removed before account access is assigned.
Sharing referral links
If you share a Veilty referral link publicly, clearly say that you move up the access list when someone joins through your link. Do not use automated posting, mass direct messages, fake accounts, purchased signups, misleading claims, or promotion that violates another platform's rules.
Wait-list position
Veilty is the source of truth for wait-list position, referral links, referral counts, and verification status. Position can change when signups verify, referrals move a request ahead by 3 spots, invalid entries are removed, or account capacity changes.
No purchase or guarantee
Joining the wait list does not require a purchase and does not guarantee an account, pricing, features, availability, or a specific invitation date. Reserved groups may be adjusted because of abuse, service capacity, or other operational constraints.
Wait-list emails
By joining, you agree to receive emails through Loops related to verification, wait-list status, referral activity, and account availability. You can use unsubscribe links where provided or contact hello@veilty.com for wait-list removal or privacy requests.
Privacy
Wait-list signups are sent from the browser to Veilty. Loops sends verification and access-status emails. See the Privacy Policy for the data summary.
